About Zoey

Zoey is seven and Aria's little sister. She packs a donation box all week so other kids can enjoy the toys and books she has outgrown.

Her best friend is Poley, a small white plush polar bear. Zoey never gives Poley away. In Book 1 Poley gets a tear in his tummy, and Zoey learns that a loved thing can be mended instead of replaced.

Zoey leads the Reuse books: sharing, swapping and giving things a second home.

Zoey in The Secret of the Squeaky Wagon

Zoey kneels by the teal wagon lifting a wooden crate of spinning tops, knit hats and picture books, while Poley sits at the front of the wagon.
"Now for the cargo!" Zoey cheered. She fetched the box she had packed all week.
